Masked Singer Winner Amber Riley Will Appear On Celebrity Name That Tune

The Masked Singer season 8 winner Amber Riley will appear on Celebrity Name That Tune. Several other recent reality TV contestants will also compete.

The Masked Singer season 8 winner Amber Riley, who was Harp, will follow up her extraordinary stint on the reality singing competition by appearing on Celebrity Name That Tune. Hosted by Jane Krakowski and musical director Randy Jackson, Celebrity Name That Tune is a celebrity version of the classic game show in which contestants try to guess which songs are playing based on only a few notes. The celebrities play for charities of their choice for the chance to win the $100,000 grand prize. This season will feature several stars who have recently competed on reality television series.

As reported by TV Series Finale, a FOX press release revealed the names of the stars who will appear on Celebrity Name That Tune. Amber will compete against her former Glee co-star Chris Colfer. Todrick Hall, who placed second as Bull on The Masked Singer season 6 and on Celebrity Big Brother 3 will play against former professional basketball player Sheryl Swoopes. Amber’s fellow Masked Singer season 8 contestant Chris Jericho, who was Bride, and who also competed on Dancing With The Stars season 12, will take on Olympic figure skater Adam Rippon, who won the athletes edition of DWTS. DWTS season 29 and The Masked Singer season 2 contestant Johnny Weir, who was Egg, will compete against Olympic figure skater Tara Lipinski.

Celebrity Name That Tune Features Several Reality TV Contestants

American Idol season 6 winner Jordin Sparks, who most recently placed ninth on DWTS season 31, will play against American Idol season 2 runner-up Clay Aiken. Also competing are comedian and host Craig Ferguson vs. actor Jack McBrayer and actress Tisha Campbell vs. actress Elizabeth Berkley Lauren. In addition, UFC champion Tyron Woodley will play against former professional football player Tiki Barber. Comedian Andy Richter will compete against actress Holly Robinson Peete, while comedian Michael Ian Black will take on actress Melissa Peterman.

As Amber appeared on The Masked Singer, she proved that she can sing all genres of music and make them her own. From pop classics to ballads to TV theme songs, she had a broad range of musical knowledge. She also sang many songs on Glee, so she is the perfect contestant for a show such as Celebrity Name That Tune.
