r/netflix – [Spoilers] What would have been season 2 of Midnight Club

so mike flanagan & trevor macy left for amazon and netflix immediately announced the cancellation of the show. flanagan wrote this so fans wouldn’t be left hanging. it sounds like season two would’ve. been a heartbreaker but cathartic. i loved that he’d planned anya’s “return” via “remmeber me” which is probably THE CPike novel from my teendom.

“And this sets up one of the best mechanisms of the show – even if a character dies, as long as they’re remembered by members of the club, they live on in their stories.”
