Chicago Rapper KILLS A BIRD On IG Live . . . Police Investigating Him For Crime!!

In the streets of Chicago, you can kill  Black person, but you better not kill an animal.

MTO News has learned that the popular “O Block” rapper Munna Duke is currently on the run, as police are looking to take him into custody for animal torture.

The rapper’s legal trouble began when he posted a video of himself killing a pigeon, who was peacefully resting in the projects, MTO News has learned. Munn Duke is a well respected Chicago street dude, in addition to a rapper.

Word on the street is that the rapper allegedly has a few bodies under his belt. Hitman bodies, not animal ones.

The video of Munn and the pigeon quickly went viral, and was seen by animal activists who were horrified by what they saw.

The animal activists, quickly contacted the Chicago mayor and forced her into action, MTO News has learned. By this morning, the police commissioner was charged to take action.

Under Illinois law, a person is guilty of animal torture when:

A person commits animal torture when that person without legal justification knowingly or intentionally tortures an animal. For purposes of this Section, and subject to subsection (b), “torture” means infliction of or subjection to extreme physical pain, motivated by an intent to increase or prolong the pain, suffering, or agony of the animal.
