Decatur to help businesses refresh downtown storefronts

The Decatur Downtown Development Authority launched its Commercial Façade Improvement Grant program. The initiative will allocate $100,000 to small businesses and commercial property owners interested in remodeling or renovating their storefronts in the downtown area.
