California library takes unusual approach to teaching reading

A library is traditionally a very quiet space, so bringing a dog inside would definitely be barking up the wrong tree. However, at one library just north of San Francisco, seeing golden retrievers doesn’t seem to give anyone paws. Itay Hod has the story.
