Pursuit of stolen vehicle comes to end in East LA; suspect surrenders

After the pursuit began in Ontario, the suspect circled around the Boyle Heights/East Los Angeles area before bailing on foot in East LA near Cesar Chavez Avenue and Hammel Boulevard.
