Fire at a recycling business in Palma

Around 4pm on Saturday, a fire broke out at a recycling business on the Son Castelló industrial estate in Palma. Thick smoke billowed out of the unit, which is by a garage full of cars. It is understood that there is a significant amount of scrap metal at the unit.

The cause of the fire is as yet unknown. The National Police are in charge of the investigation.
