not if there arent enough people watching the show to justify the money to make it.

if netflix is taking chances on non-traditional type shows and a lot of them are going to flop – but if they dont try new stuff they would never know if they have something that will be very popular with the subscribers. despite being annoyed that they cancel shows i am watching, i would rather they keep taking risks than just making a pile of superhero, police/fbi/cia/etc or ‘reality tv’ content.
