r/netflix – Manage Access and Devices lists no devices?

Hey all, is anyone experiencing the same problem? When I’m logging in to my netflix ( https://www.netflix.com/YourAccount ) and click on “Manage access and devices” with the fancy blue “NEW” icon infront ( https://www.netflix.com/manageaccountaccess ) .. the list is empty. No devices are listed.. even tho there should be at least 8 devices listed. it takes a bit to load so i’m thinking it’s timing out and fails to fetch the data and thus i’m seeing an empty list.

is anyone else experiencing this? I tried contacting netflix support and after about and hour of back and forth they said they’d forward it to their tech department but i’m not getting any ticket# or anything to checkup on the status. So I’m asking reddit if i’m the only on experciencing this? thanks!
