r/netflix – What the hell just happened on my LG OLED?

Not sure if this should be cross posted to /LG, but I updated a few apps on my newish LG TV (including Netflix). I don’t use the apps much as I normally use them on my AppleTV.

So I launch Netflix after the update to check out any interface updates. Instead I see a random family’s account instead of mine. Don’t know any of these people. And I can see the owner’s email address under the account.

I phoned Netflix to explain the situation, but they didn’t seem to get it at all. Just told me to log out. She was super confused. Anyone else ever see this? LG problem? Netflix problem?
