r/netflix – Why can’t I get a nice quality stream on netflix?

My streams never look high quality on my PC and have many artifacts, especially noticeable on a black background.

Info about my PC:

OS: Windows 10

CPU: Ryzen 5800X3D

GPU: Nvidia 1080ti

Monitor resolution: 3880×1440 running through Display Port

Internet speed: ~100Mbps

I have checked account settings and they are all set on the highest quality.

Is there anything I am missing? I feel like I am wasting my money here!
