Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino says the company, which issues the USDT stablecoin, reduced commercial paper to 30% of its reserves in Q4 2021, down from 44% in Q3  —  – Tether plans to reduce its holdings of commercial debt in its reserves, Chief Technology Officer Paolo Ardoino told CNBC.
