Welcome, foolish mortals, to the first trailer for Muppets Haunted Mansion

The first ever Muppets Halloween special will bring daredevil Gonzo the Great and smooth talking Pepé the Prawn to the notorious Haunted Mansion. Gonzo takes on the challenge to spend a night in the mansion and make it to the morning alive — lest his soul be trapped in the hallowed halls for all eternity. The Muppets and the Haunted Mansion are a match made in heaven. Or maybe… in hell? Insert over-the-top evil laugh here: mwhahahahahahahahaha!

From longtime Muppets director and writer Kirk Thatcher — who has been dreaming of a Muppets Halloween special for almost 30 years — Muppets Haunted Mansion boasts an all-star cast of Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzy Bear… oh, and also Will Arnett, Yvette Nicole Brown, Taraji P. Henson, and Darren Criss, if human actors are more your speed.
