Chef Zeb Stevenson to close Redbird citing ‘increasingly unsustainable’ business

[ad_1] Redbird, chef Zeb Stevenson’s restaurant at Westside Provisions District, is closing.

Stevenson will shutter Redbird on Sunday, Feb. 19, according to an announcement posted on social media. The closure will come about three and a half years after Redbird opened.

Stevenson said in the announcement that an “increasingly unsustainable” business is to blame.

“For restaurants like Redbird – independent restaurants of exceptional quality – the business model is becoming increasingly unsustainable,”…
