Food hall boom spreads to south Atlanta, illustrating area's growth

[ad_1] Atlanta’s food hall movement is spreading into new territory as Peoplestown and other southern neighborhoods experience rapid growth.

Stafford Properties Inc., which has offices in Atlanta and Tifton, is building a mixed-use development called Terminal South at the intersection of Ridge Avenue and Hank Aaron Drive. Terminal South’s anchor will be a food hall called Switchman Hall.
