The new year will ring in a new Cardi B album — finally.

The “Bodak Yellow” and “WAP” rapper, 30, told “The Breakfast Club” Thursday that her long-awaited follow-up to her 2018 debut, “Invasion of Privacy,” is around the corner.

“I have no choice, I have to put it out,” said the Bronx native, born Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar. She assured the show’s hosts her second album will drop next year.

Noting there are “a couple of songs that are, like, definite,” Cardi said she’s unsure “what’s going on with me.

“I need to just make up my mind and put it out,” she continued. “I’m too much in my head about it, because there’s some songs that it’s like … ‘You just need to release it. Just release it.’ … It’s missing something. I don’t know.”

While she wouldn’t confirm an exact date for the album, she acknowledged the possibility of a release timed to the fifth anniversary of “Invasion of Privacy” in April.

Even without dropping a second album, Cardi has had an eventful 2022.

In January, she covered funeral costs for the 17 victims of a blaze that devastated a Bronx high-rise. Shortly thereafter, she won $1.25 million in a defamation suit against a celebrity blogger.

In September, she managed to avert jail time for a fight that took place at a Queens strip club in 2018. Instead, she entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to 15 days of community service.
