A good Samaritan followed a creep down the street who had just groped a 14-year-old girl on an MTA bus, recording the suspect on his smartphone, police said Tuesday.

Cops released the video Tuesday and are asking the public’s help identifying the suspect and tracking him down.

The teen victim was riding BX 11 bus approaching Shakespeare Ave. and Edward L. Grant Highway when a man grabbed her upper thigh over her clothing about 3:30 p.m. Monday, police said. He ran off the bus when it came to a stop moments later.

Police released cellphone image of a man who authorities said groped a 14-year-old on a city bus. Officials said he was then followed by a Good Samaritan who captured the man on his cellphone.

The good Samaritan, who was also riding the bus, followed the suspect along Shakespeare Ave. and recorded him trying in vain to hide his face behind his grey hoodie.

The victim, meanwhile, called her mother, who raced to the scene and called police.

Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
