Man shoved down stairs, robbed at knifepoint in Queens subway station

A man was pushed down the stairs and robbed at knifepoint in a Queens subway station, police said Tuesday.

The 30-year-old victim was walking up a set of stairs in the 169th St. station in Jamaica Hills when two men approached him and pushed him backwards around 11:25 p.m. last Wednesday, according to cops.

When the man hit the floor, one of the robbers flashed a knife and demanded he turn over cash.

NYPD released photos of two wanted for pushing a man down the stairs and robbed at knifepoint in a Queens subway station, police said Tuesday.

After the victim told the attackers he didn’t have any money, they snatched his cell phone out of his hand instead, police said.

The thieves ran out of the station, leaving their victim with minor injuries.

Police are still looking for the men involved and are asking the public’s help in identifying them.
