A 14-year-old girl escaped abduction when she was approached on a Bronx street by a man who tried to lure her into his box truck, police said Friday.
The teen was on Lawton Ave. and Milton Place in Throggs Neck when the suspect, a man in his 30s, got out of his white delivery vehicle and beckoned her over, according to cops.

She quickly ran away and the suspect drove off. He is still being sought.
Police are asking that anyone with information about the suspect or the truck — which has lettering on the driver-side door — is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
