Man wearing 2Pac shirt spray paints N-word on Queens restaurant

A racist duo, including one wearing a 2Pac sweatshirt, scrawled an anti-Black slur in graffiti on the front of a Queens Chinese restaurant, police said Thursday.

The men approached Sunrise Chinese Restaurant on 34th St. near Broadway in Astoria Feb. 17 when it was closed around 3:35 a.m. and spray painted the N-word on a metal gate pulled down over the windows, cops said.

A racist duo, including one wearing a 2Pac sweatshirt, scrawled an anti-Black slur in graffiti on the front of a Queens Chinese restaurant, police said Thursday.

One of them was wearing a 2Pac shirt in reference to Tupac Shakur, the Black rap icon of the 1990s.

The NYPD’s Hate Crime Task Force is investigating the incident.

Police are still looking for the men, who are both believed to be in their mid-20s.
