Tacoma Police are now releasing information about a robbery that happened a month ago. On Aug. 17, at 4:40 p.m., a suspect robbed a victim at gunpoint in the Wells Fargo ATM drive-thru at 5245 Pacific Avenue.
Detectives said the victim tried following the alleged suspect, but the suspect opened fire, with one round grazing the victim. Police believe the suspect is connected to a silver or gray 2003-08 Mazda 6 with tinted windows.
Police are asking for anyone with information to come forward.

Tacoma Police look for beauty store burglars
Tacoma Police is asking for the public’s help to identify the suspects responsible for a commercial burglary. Detectives said the alleged suspects burglarized a beauty supply store on Sept. 19 between 3:00 and 6:00 a.m.
TPD said this burglary is related to a series of commercial burglaries in the Tacoma Mall area during the same timeframe.
Police said the suspects used a 2004 GMC Yukon, which has been recovered, to ram windows and doors to gain access to businesses.
Woman fires gun at worker but says it was an accident
On Monday afternoon, Seattle Police said a construction worker was on a ladder working outside a residence while listening to music. According to officers, a female suspect came out of her residence onto the porch and yelled at the worker to turn down his music.
The victim told police he looked back towards the suspect and noticed her holding a pistol with both hands, with the gun pointed at the ground. The victim told the woman if she pointed the gun at him, he would call the police.
SPD said the worker climbed down from the ladder and heard the firearm discharge in an unknown direction at one point. He then called the police.
The woman was taken into custody. Officers said the suspect admitted to confronting the victim with a pistol but said it accidentally discharged.
Officers recovered evidence of the shooting on the porch of the suspect’s residence. A search warrant of the place was executed, and a pistol was recovered. The suspect was booked into King County Jail.
Lacey Police seize counterfeits after a chase
According to the Lacey Police Department, earlier this week officers responded to a report of a theft at a store.
When officers arrived, the alleged suspects jumped into a car and fled the scene, striking a parked car, which hit a patrol car.
Officers deployed spike strips, disabling the car, which was later found abandoned in a nearby parking lot.
Officers quickly located and arrested the suspects.
After determining the car was stolen out of King County, officers searched the car and found stolen merchandise, counterfeit money, and equipment to produce counterfeit currency.
One of the suspects was charged with felony theft, identity theft, possession of a stolen vehicle, obstruction, malicious mischief and hit-and-run.
The other suspect was charged with theft and obstruction.
