Kirkland Police Department (KPD) broke up a steroid distribution ring at the end of August and is now sharing details of the drug bust.

KPD, along with the U.S. Postal Inspector Service, started investigations into an illegal anabolic steroid drug operation, and on Aug. 25 they searched a Kirkland home in Kingsgate.

Through surveillance, investigators established a pattern with the suspect’s daily movements that uncovered additional criminal activity. KPD then intercepted packages containing anabolic steroids in multiple forms including pills, powder, and liquid, all set for delivery to more than 90 individuals across the country.

There they found large amounts of anabolic steroids, packaging, distribution lists, chemicals, and other accessories to produce and ship anabolic steroids throughout the U.S.

They seized cash, vehicles, and other high-value items from the illegal operation as well.
