Geordie Shore star quits Instagram over health battle

GEORDIE Shore Faith Sinead has quit Instagram after struggling with her health.

The 22-year-old, who appeared on the MTV reality show for one series before being brutally axed, told her fans she “needed to heal” and being offline helped her.

She shared: “Gonna come off Instagram again.  Only been back home a couple of days and it’s distracting me and making me ill again already.

“I’ve had a mint start to my journey that last few weeks but I have a lot more work I need to do on myself.

“Being off social media really made all the difference, I want to be able to t carry on my healing journey and this is just a distraction I don’t need.”

Earlier this year Faith concerned fans when she revealed she’d been through the “month from hell”.

The star, who is a staunch Christian, had her Geordie Shore air time reduced to just part time after one series.

She didn’t return however after bosses welcomed a new castmember, who Sinead refused to film with following an altercation the year before.

Faith later also said she gained two stone in weight during her six weeks filming the show.

She previously said she wasn’t worried about trolling though, telling The Sun: “I’ve been called fat since I was in nursery.

“I’ve always been someone who’s bigger; I could never lose weight, even though I eat healthy, so I just thought, I’ve got to learn to love myself.

“There’s so much more going on in the world than just worrying about your outer shell all the time.”

Faith has recently been filming a new top secret project.
