Savvy fashion fans run to Primark for £3.50 fleece-lined tights to keep warm

But did you know that Primark also sell fleece-lined tights?

The self-proclaimed Duchess of Thrift took to her TikTok page to rave about the tights, which cost just £3.50 a pair – as she said they’ll be perfect for staying warm this winter.

“These brushed fleece lined tights are only £3.50, and that’s a really nice layer, even underneath trousers, to keep your legs warm while you’re working at home if you’re trying to save on your energy bills,” she said.  

Once at home, she showed what the tights looked like on the inside.

“Look, they won’t snag and pull like other tights because they’re really thick, and actually they’re really fluffy inside,” she said.

“So for £3.50 I think they’re an absolute bargain!”

People quickly took to the comments section to thank the money saving mum for her top tip, with one writing: “oh thank you for sharing.

“I could do with some of these to keep my legs warm while on my mobility scooter cos legs get frozen.”

“Am already dressed up to the eyeballs in fleece!” another added.

“The tights make all the difference.”

“I live in the tights every year,” someone else wrote.

To which the mum replied: “They are bloody brilliant aren’t they.”

The tights – which are called Super Cosy tights – give a 300 denier appearance.

“With a comfort waistband and reinforced toes, these opaque tights will fit perfectly while staying in place all day,” Primark state of the tights on their website.

“Style them under skirts and dresses for a polished look or layer under trousers for extra warmth during colder spells.”
