Trump filed a lawsuit against Hillary Clinton, accusing her of attempting to tie his campaign to Russia.

The suit claims that Clinton and other democrats “orchestrated an unthinkable plot” where “the defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty.”

The suit seeks more than $72million in damages, which Trump and his legal team say is the sum of legal fees and other costs of defending against the alleged untruths.
