‘Animals’: Fan’s bizarre on-stage act leaves Robbie Williams absolutely stunned

Robbie Williams does not shy away from the hardcore aspects of being a rocker, but one fan’s bizarre on-stage act did leave him a bit stunned.

The 49-year-old Angels hitmaker has reflected on an incident that occurred when he was performing at Festhalle Arena in Frankfurt, Germany, which saw him, as usual, go down to the barriers near the stage at the beginning of his show to get a glimpse of the audience up close.

“You f—ers are animals. Somebody tried to grab me into the audience and eat me for some reason,” he reportedly said at a recent concert in Germany, according to The Mirror.

Then he went to Hamburg, where it got worse.

”Two people tried to grab my penis. It is true. I felt two hands,” he said.

But he also said that some fans try to “mother” him, with some patting his stomach to ensure he was eating enough food.

The former Take That star is currently performing a series of shows across Europe as part of his 25th anniversary tour, titled XXV.

As part of the tour, Williams is jetting from Scandinavia to France and Spain, before he lands on the Isle of Wight for the annual festival in June.

The Feel singer is set to also venture Down Under as well, with November seeing him officially touch down in Australia.

On November 16, Williams will play at Sydney’s Allianz Stadium, and will also entertain East Coast audiences at Mount Cotton’s Sirromet Wines, Melbourne’s AAMI Park and Geelong’s Mt Duneed Estate.

He’ll make his Swan Valley debut at Nikola Estate on December 1, and also perform a one-off show in New Zealand as part of the tour.
