Chicago rapper Lil Reese was shot yesterday in Chicago, when the rapper was allegedly buying weed, MTO News has learned. The rapper was hit in his eye, and according to reports coming from Reeses’s family, the rapper is now blind in one eye.

Police say that three men ages 20, 27 and 28, were found inside a parking garage.. The 20-year-old man was shot twice in the knee and taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition, while the 27-year-old man was wounded multiple times in the body and taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in critical condition, police said.

The 28-year-old man was grazed in the eye and taken to Northwestern in fair condition.
Chicago rapper Lil Reese, whose real name is Tavares Taylor, was identified as the 28-year-old man who was shot, according to a police report.
MTO News confirm that multiple family members of Lil Reeses took to social media after the shooting and told fans that doctors are telling Reese that he will likely be “blind” in one eye for life.
