Danny Masterson Rape Trial Ends in Mistrial – Details

Danny Masterson‘s rape trial is officially over and the verdict is in.

Following a short break for Thanksgiving for the jury, and switching out of two jury members due to COVID, the panel came to a decision regarding the accusations.

According to Deadline, the trial was declared a mistrial as the jury was unable to reach a verdict on any of the three criminal counts that he had been charged with.

Danny had been tried on three counts of forcible rape.

The former That 70s Show actor was facing up to 45 years in state prison if found guilty.

He was arrested in June 2020, on the counts which allegedly occurred in 2001 and 2003 at his Hollywood Hills home. Danny was out on $3.3 million bail.
