Gerard Butler Heads Out On His Motorcycle Amid Ongoing Legal Battle Over Horrible 2017 Accident

Gerard Butler is back on his motorcycle.

The 53-year-old 300 star was seen riding around on Saturday (November 26) in Malibu, Calif.

He was joined by a couple of friends also on bikes, and they all stopped at a local gas station. The actor wore his helmet while on the road and appeared to be in good spirits.

His outing comes amid an ongoing legal battle over a 2017 motorcycle accident that almost left him dead.

Gerard was left with five fractured bones in his foot after a car allegedly executed a U-turn in front of him.

He filed a lawsuit against the driver in 2019. Newly revealed court documents obtained by The Blast reveal that he is willing to settle the case outside of court if the driver pays him $5.25 million in damages.
