Joe Gorga Sued for $110K Over Unpaid Construction Costs on Mansion, RHONJ Couple in Jeopardy of Being Fired?

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Gorga has reportedly been sued for over $110K by the construction company that oversaw the building of his and Melissa Gorga’s new mansion.

According to court papers claimed by The U.S. Sun, Joe was originally sued by contractors in November 2022 for the sum of $30K for failing to properly pay them for the work completed on the Franklin Lakes property and construction costs.

However, that original amount has now been amended by County Concrete Corporation to $110,927.58 as the company alleges that they provided building materials to the Gorgas from September 2021 to January 2022.

“The Plaintiff has attempted on multiple occasions to contact the defendants,” the court documents read. “The defendants have failed to pay the monies owed to the plaintiff for the materials that were previously provided. The defendants have failed to fulfill their obligations with the plaintiff. The defendant’s failure to do so constitutes a breach of contract.”

County Concrete Corporation is demanding a jury trial to try and obtain the amount allegedly owed by Joe. The construction company owner has neither commented on the original lawsuit nor the amended complaint.

Melissa and Joe may want to get their affairs in order, as the outlet is also reporting that the divisive reality couple is in danger of being fired from The Real Housewives of New Jersey after falling out with their family member and show OG Teresa Giudice.

“This could be Melissa’s last season. When Teresa’s done with you, you’re done with the show. It’s happened in the past to former cast members, and it can happen to Melissa,” the source alleges.

The source continued by explaining that Bravo producers know Teresa “runs the show,” and if forced to choose between Teresa and Melissa, the latter would be the first to go.

“If it came down to the point where Teresa threatens to not return because of Melissa, then Melissa would be the one who would get fired,” they stated.

The Gorgas and Teresa have been at odds ever since rumors began to spread that Melissa had an affair with actor Nick Barrotta. There’s also been tension around Teresa’s barely-there attempts to include Melissa in her wedding to husband Luis Ruelas during season 13 of RHONJ, leading to an “ultimate betrayal.”

The feud between the sisters-in-law became so “toxic” that Joe and Melissa refused to attend Teresa’s August 2022 wedding after an “explosive” altercation erupted between Joe and Luis during the show’s season finale.

The two have allegedly had “zero contact” since filming wrapped on season 13. But they have still traded accusations and disparaging comments about one another through social media interviews and posts.

“They can’t stand the thought of being in the same room together,” the source concluded, adding the next time the two will be in one another’s presence “will be at the reunion.”
