Kanye West is in trouble after buying Julia Fox’s friends each a $30,000 mimi-Hermès Birkin handbags at her 32nd birthday celebration dinner.
Kanye, also known as Ye, surprised his girlfriend, Julia, with diamonds and a baby Birkin. He then handed out mimi Birkin bags to her girlfriends. The bags retail for $25,000 to $250,000.
But new video from the party, which MTO News has learned is circulating on social media, shows the only Black woman empty handed while the other ladies posed with their Birkins.
Kanye Predicts The Future
And Black Twitter is having a field day with the video – suggesting that Julia’s only Black friend was left out of the gift giving because of the color of her skin.
According to Page Six, Julia’s birthday dinner went down at new Midtown Chinese eatery Sei Less.
“There were some girls trying to get his attention… when Julia went to the bathroom,” a source told Page Six.
Sources told the outlet the couple fled uptown “when they got a call from 2 Chainz, who was there dining with rapper Fabolous in a private dining room.”
“It was just a random dinner that turned into a big night,” the source said.
