Kim Zolciak‘s daughters Brielle Biermann and Ariana Biermann are addressing reports of their home being in foreclosure.

At the same time, a source is alleging Kim is telling people the foreclosure reports are simply a “misunderstanding.

According to recent reports, the mansion is in foreclosure after Kim and her husband Kroy Biermann allegedly defaulted on the home’s $1.65 million loan, which was taken out in 2012. Reports claim the Don’t Be Tardy star’s house will be auctioned by Truist Bank near the Fulton County Courthouse on March 7.

Speaking with TMZ, Brielle and Ariana denied that the house is in foreclosure and will be sold at auction.

“It’s insane,” said Ariana, who was walking next to her sister. “Don’t believe everything you hear.”

She claimed that it’s all a misunderstanding, and their belongings are still at the home, where they all still live.

“We’ll see what happens March 7,” said Ariana of the alleged auction, claiming none of it is happening “to [her] knowledge.”

“That’s what I’ve been told,” added Brielle.

When asked if they’ll lose the house, Brielle answered, “Stay tuned.”

Meanwhile, a source close to Kim repeated the same claim to PEOPLE.

“She is telling everyone this is a misunderstanding and is being sorted out,” said the insider. “She’s not moving.”

Kim is now reportedly selling her clothes for cash, and she recently shared a video of Kory vacuuming the mansion in his boxers. “Get yourself a man that does it all, folks, okay?” said Kim in the video, zooming in. “Mhm…yes sir.”
