As far as Kylie Jenner ’fits are concerned, this one’s pretty basic —until you spot the more risqué aspect of her ensemble: Her top has a tail, and that tail drags behind her on the sidewalk with zero regard for the street juices. To be fair, the skirt is a fantastic transitional piece for fall — swap the open-toe heels for knee-high boots and I’m sold.
