Megan Fox Attends 2023 Grammys Days After Breaking Her Wrist

Megan Fox wouldn’t let her broken wrist ruin her red carpet outfit.

The actor attended the Grammy Awards on Sunday night with her fiancé Machine Gun Kelly and sans a wrist brace. The couple arrived on the red carpet in their typical coordinated ensembles with Fox opting for a white Zuhair Murad pre-fall 2023 gown featuring a white mermaid skirt and an elaborate mesh corset with baroque-motif rhinestone embellishment, while the rapper chose a metallic silver embossed suit layered over a gray mesh long-sleeve top with a sequin-bedecked harness. Kelly told E! News on the red carpet that his look for the big evening was inspired by a phoenix rising out of the ashes. MGK was nominated for his first Grammy this year, earning a best rock album nod for his latest record Mainstream Sellout, but ultimately lost to Ozzy Osbourne‘s Patient Number 9.

Despite recently sustaining the injury, Fox apparently decided not to pair her evening gown with the neon pink brace she was seen wearing just the night before when the pair attended Clive Davis‘s pre-Grammys party. The Jennifer’s Body star revealed on Instagram earlier that day that she had recently sustained some pretty serious injuries, although she declined to reveal exactly what happened. “Off the plane with a broken wrist and a concussion straight to a Grammys party,” she wrote in the caption alongside some photos of herself in a red, strapless Alexia Mabille bustier gown and Candy Ice Jewelry necklace. The actor also notably ditched the wrist support for photos taken at her home, but did put it back on for the event itself.

Ahead of the big night, Kelly reflected on his first-time nomination in a video recorded “under my favorite tree” and posted to his Instagram Stories on Saturday. “Going into tomorrow, I just want to express gratitude. And no matter what the outcome is, whether we win the Grammy, I am so happy to have been on this journey exactly as how it has turned out,” he said. “I’m grateful for you, I’m grateful for the family I’ve gained, the friends, the shows, the laughs, the cries, all that shit. It helped me push to even be here to experience a moment like this. So look, we already won. We already won. But see you tomorrow.”
