After being compared to 90 Day Fiancé stars Larissa and Anfisa, Gino’s girlfriend and Panama native Jasmine Pineda explains her ancestry on Instagram.

New 90 Day Fiancé star and Gino’s girlfriend Jasmine Pineda takes to Instagram to share unknown details about her ethnicity. The 34-year-old American literature teacher is appearing on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 5 with her American boyfriend, Gino Palazzolo. The couple found each other on an international dating app at the peak of the global pandemic and started chatting. After talking for nine months, Gino finally decided to fly to Panama and meet his girlfriend in person. During the trip, the 51-year-old auto engineer plans to pop the question and then apply for Jasmine’s K-1 visa.

However, Gino is concerned about his girlfriend’s extremely jealous nature. She doesn’t trust him and easily gets angry if he talks to another woman. Jasmine got upset in a recent episode when Gino wanted to tip a waitress for good service. She also insulted Gino’s ex-wife, Denise, by calling her stupid. After watching Jasmine in the past few episodes, many viewers think her temperament and sense of humor are just like former 90 Day Fiancé stars Anfisa Arkhipchenko and Larissa Lima.

During her introduction segment on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, Jasmine revealed she is from Panama City, Panama. She recently discussed her ancestry in more detail on an Instagram story. The mom of two explained that her maternal great-grandparents came to Panama from Spain. Her paternal relatives were Afro-descendants who came to Panama to build the famous canal.

Jasmine’s home country is located in Central America, which borders the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean. The 90 Day Fiancé celeb speaks both English and Spanish, and her Instagram bio says, “A Passionate Latina that does everything with ‘ganas.‘” In English, “ganas” means “desire.” Earlier, the new TLC star revealed the only reason she joined 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days was to showcase her real journey with Gino as a culturally different couple who fell for each other at the height of the coronavirus pandemic.

It seems many of Jasmine’s followers were interested in knowing about her ethnicity since she thought of discussing it in detail. After seeing several women from Russia and Ukraine, many 90 Day Fiancé viewers are glad to watch a female cast member from Central America finally. Previously, Stephanie Davison’s Belize-based boyfriend, Ryan Carr, was featured on the show, and viewers got to see some of the scenic ocean views during the season. While Gino is in Panama, 90 Day Fiancé viewers are hoping to learn more about tourist attractions in the country.
