90 Day Fiancé: Yara Zaya Reveals She Is In Danger of Deportation

[ad_1]

90 Day Fiancé’s Yara tearfully tells why she can get deported, despite living in the U.S. for almost 2 years. Her American dream can end at any time.

Former 90 Day Fiancé star Yara Zaya broke into tears while explaining that she could lose the family she has built in the United States and get deported. The Ukrainian beauty first met TLC viewers when appearing alongside New Orleans native Jovi Dufren on 90 Day Fiancé season 8. Even though the couple had several arguments throughout the season, they finally tied the knot towards the end. On February 14, 2020, the duo got married and welcomed their daughter, Mylah, in September 2020.

Although Jovi enjoys and prefers a fast-paced city life, he is adjusting to living with Yara and their daughter in the suburbs of New Orleans, Louisiana. Since the couple is now settled into their new rented house, they recently reminisced about their first meeting and candidly talked about it. In a YouTube video, Jovi revealed how Yara lied to impress him at the beginning of their relationship. The 90 Day Fiancé alum told fans that his wife mentioned that she liked surfing and playing tennis, but it wasn’t true. Jovi affirmed that he had never seen Yara surf or play tennis.

While Yara appears to be enjoying her new American life with her cute perfect family, she has a lingering fear of getting deported. She uploaded a new video on her YouTube channel to reveal why she hasn’t gone back to Ukraine to see her family and how she is in danger of deportation. The 27-year-old beauty said that she hasn’t received her Green Card yet, which allows foreign natives to maintain their United States residence when traveling abroad. If the immigration authorities ultimately decide not to issue the 90 Day Fiancé star a Green Card even after living in America for almost two years, she will get deported.

Yara has a work permit and an emergency permit that allows her to cross the border only once. Her lawyer has suggested that she use that emergency permit only when it is absolutely necessary. The beauty and fashion influencer thought of using the permit to visit her mother in Ukraine, but her lawyer recommended not to do that because there’s a chance she then may not be allowed to return to America. Yara is disappointed that her whole life in America could end at any time. She is mostly frustrated because her fate lies in the hands of an immigration officer.

Yara’s frustration is understandable. Her life is on hold because she doesn’t have a Green Card yet. Yara can’t buy a house or start an offline business. She can’t make big decisions because she could get deported. She has to live in this constant fear of deportation. It is probably the major reason why Yara and Jovi have not moved to a different city or bought a house. 90 Day Fiancé fans hope for a Christmas miracle for Yara and wish that she will receive her Green Card by the end of this year.
