Stay Frosty is a limited-time, event-exclusive Legendary Kinetic Pulse Rifle in Destiny 2: Season of the Seraph featured as one of the first obtainable rewards during The Dawning. For newcomers, The Dawning is an in-game event that lasts until January 3, 2023. During this period, Guardians will be able to celebrate the season of giving by baking treats for familiar faces around the Tower and other commonly visited locations. Doing these kind deeds and other event-related playlists will grant players rewards from the Event Challenges section of The Dawning. Likewise, this screen is also where players will receive their first Stay Frosty.

To unlock Stay Frosty through the Event Challenges of The Dawning in Destiny 2: Season of the Seraph, Guardians must complete the event’s introductory quest, “Dawning.” To begin “Dawning,” players must make their way to the Event Vendor in the Tower, Evan Levante. After accepting the quest, participants will be tasked with completing six steps to earn their Legendary Kinetic Pulse Rifle. Step 1 introduces fans to the treat-baking system with Evan’s Holiday Oven 2.1. Guardians must make a batch of Gjallardoodles using the ingredients they received from Evan and then deliver the snacks to Commander Zavala.
