Tori shared a photo of Zach lying in his hospital bed, with numerous bandages wrapped around his head. She credited her husband’s neurosurgeon team and their attentiveness to Zach’s needs, noting he has been suffering from severe migraines as of late. She even revealed that Amy Roloff drove down to Battleground, WA, to take care of their three children: Jackson, Lilah, and Josiah. Even though Zach looked groggy from his procedure, he smiled for the camera to show Little People, Big World fans that he’s okay. Beforehand, Matt Roloff informed Little People, Big World fans about the surgery.

Little People, Big World fans first met Zach, who was known for his pumpkin tours, when he was only 15 years old. Even though he came across as shy, Zach landed the girl of his dreams when he met Tori. The two knew each other from their Christian school, sharing the same morals and values. Throughout the years, Little People, Big World viewers were able to watch the couple date, get engaged, and say, “I do,” on Roloff Farms. Even though they have come across as easygoing, the last few years have been hard, thanks to Zach’s feud with his father, Matt.

Steadfast Little People, Big World fans are well aware of Zach’s long track record with surgeries. When he was only a teenager, his mother, Amy, rushed him to the hospital after he wouldn’t stop vomiting. At the time, the surgeons deduced that his shunt had been leaking, which caused fluid to build up in the TLC star’s brain and giving him severe headaches. It looks like the same issue decades later has occurred, but thankfully, Zach sought medical attention quickly and seems to be on the mend.
