Pokémon Scarlet and Violet started their Ranked Battles Series 2 and some of the best teams feature Paradox Pokémon that dominate the competition.

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet‘s Series 2 Battles, which started on February 1st, are gaining Master Rank trainers with versatile teams with each passing day. From VGC competitions to personal growth in the game, the best teams are unique and have great synergy across all of its Pokémon. Furthermore, this season introduced Paldea’s new Paradox Pokémon to competitive play. These version exclusive Pokémon are necessary to winning battles due to their sheer strength and high base stat.

For example, abilities such as Thermal Exchange and type immunities such as Ghost-, Fighting-, and Normal- are a huge key to winning. Another core part of a single battles team is access to getting rid of stat boosts or ignoring them completely.
