RHOC’s Braunwyn Windham-Burke Marries Jennifer Spinner Amid Divorce

RHOC’s Braunwyn Windham-Burke ties the knot with Jennifer Spinner on Valentine’s Day amid ongoing divorce proceedings from her ex-husband, Sean Burke.

Former The Real Housewives of Orange County star Braunwyn Windham-Burke seemed to marry her girlfriend Jennifer Spinner on Valentine’s Day amid her ongoing divorce proceedings with her estranged husband, Sean Burke. Braunwyn and Sean were together for 28 years and married for 23 years. The estranged couple shares seven children: Hazel, 4; Koa, 7; twins Caden and Curren, 9; Jacob, 17; Rowan, 20; and Bella, 22. However, Braunwyn filed for divorce from Sean in October 2022, two years after she came out as a lesbian in December 2020. Since filing for divorce from Sean, Braunwyn has made headlines for her relationship with Jennifer.

Over a month after engagement rumors, Braunwyn and Jennifer seem to have tied the knot. On Valentine’s Day, the lovebirds shared separate posts on their Instagram pages showing pictures of them posing at Graceland Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Braunwyn‘s post was accompanied by a picture of her and Jennifer kissing in front of the chapel. She captioned the post, “Crazy…in love. I adore you @hashtag_blehssed. You’re my love, my best friend, the reason I laugh. I’m the luckiest girl in the world. Here’s to a lifetime of adventures.” Braunwyn and Jennifer previously sparked rumors that they were engaged when they flashed diamond rings in an Instagram Story that Braunwyn made. However, Braunwyn later clarified that they weren’t married.

RHOC Star Braunwyn & Jennifer’s Marriage Not Legal

Meanwhile, Jennifer shared the same picture Braunwyn posted. In her caption, she wrote a sweet note to Braunwyn, describing her as a gorgeous, sweet, smart, and hilarious person. Jennifer concluded, “If soulmates are a thing, she’s definitely mine. Thank you for the best 7 months and for making me into a Valentine’s Day believer. Here’s to making reckless and ‘cringe’ decisions together for the rest of our lives.” However, although Braunwyn and Jennifer have seemingly tied the knot, their ceremony is not legal, as court records viewed by Page Six showed that they never filed for a marriage license. In addition, Braunwyn and Sean are still undergoing divorce proceedings.

Braunwyn and Jennifer’s wedding is surprising, given that the former denied they were engaged last month after sharing and deleting a video of them wearing diamond rings. Braunwyn’s initial denial of an engagement makes the couple’s wedding announcement harder to believe, though the pictures they shared and their posts’ captions show they are happily married. Another issue to contend with is the revelation that Jennifer and Braunwyn didn’t file for a marriage license, which means their wedding is not legal, making one wonder why they went ahead with it if it wasn’t legally binding.

Braunwyn and Jennifer couldn’t have filed for a wedding license since she hasn’t finalized her divorce from Sean. Thus, it’s confusing as to why the lovebirds are in a hurry to get married when Braunwyn is still legally married to her estranged husband. Braunwyn and Jennifer undoubtedly love each other, but they need to relax and take things slow as they are still in the early stages of their relationship. They can tie the knot when the time is right and Braunwyn has settled all the legal issues with Sean instead of rushing into it now and having to do it again later.
