Audrey and their partner Leon Brown were very open with Sister Wives fans regarding their respective journeys towards receiving gender-affirming treatments. Leon is the only child of Meri and Kody Brown. Fans first saw Leon come out to their family on the show, and while it took a while for Kody and Meri to understand, they seemed to warm up to their child’s needs. In 2017, TLC viewers watched as Leon opened up to their conservative polygamous family, with most embracing them. Leon eventually left home and met Audrey.

Over Labor Day weekend 2022, Audrey shared an inspiring photo with Instagram followers. The photo showed Audrey cooling off in a pool, shirtless, after a successful top surgery. Audrey was also wearing swim trunks, and embracing their newfound confidence. The post marked Audrey’s one-year anniversary since their surgery. Audrey told fans that they were grateful, noting that, “trans healthcare saves lives.” No one from Sister Wives liked the post, but Audrey received numerous positive comments that showed they were supported.

Sister Wives’ Audrey & Leon Are Doing Well

Audrey and Leon have been engaged since 2020, with no updates recently about when the wedding will take place. However, all seems to be well between the couple, as Audrey recently shared a photo to their Instagram, thanking everyone for birthday wishes after they recently turned 27. They added a photo with Leon, where they’re embracing and smiling. In the comments, fans expressed their support for Audrey and Leon, with many applauding them for prioritizing their happiness and comfort above all else.

It’s now official that Sister Wives will return for season 18, and more drama is in store for the entire family. It’s possible that Sister Wives’ Audrey and Leon will make appearances, although no one knows for sure. Considering how long it’s been since their engagement in 2020, fans may even get to see Audrey and Leon officially tie the knot in the newest season.
