The Boys Celebrates Valentine’s Day With Perfect NSFW A-Train Gift

[ad_1]

The Boys’ Vought International is celebrating Valentine’s Day with a perfect — and NSFW — A-Train gift bundle for couples, who he “loves to pieces”.

As production comes to a close on the new season, The Boys is celebrating Valentine’s Day with a perfect NSFW A-Train gift bundle. Based on Garth Ennis and Darrick Robertson’s graphic novels of the same name, the anti-superhero series has proven to be one of Prime Video’s biggest hits since its premiere, scoring widespread acclaim and consistently high ratings across its first three seasons. Despite its satirical nature, the show’s success ironically helped launch a franchise of spinoffs that includes the college-set Gen V premiering later this year and last year’s animated anthology The Boys Presents: Diabolical.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY

In honor of Valentine’s Day, the official Twitter account for The Boys’ Vought International revealed a special and fake bundle for fans to purchase.

The faux gift advertisement, as seen above, sees A-Train promoting his “All-Nighters Bundle“, a hilarious NSFW package complete with “A-Train’s High-Speed Railer, Two Cans of Slow ‘n Steady and Two Packs of A-Train’s Smooths” to allow partners to go “straight to O-Town.” The post also comes with the caption praising A-Train for loving happy couples “to pieces,” a clear dig at his murder of Robin in The Boys season 1.

What’s Next For A-Train In The Boys

The Boys' Jessie T. Usher As A-Train in Gen-V

With The Boys season 3 finale seeing Vought International playing damage control and Homelander’s murderous nature now outed to the public, the future of much of the Seven remains unclear. A-Train underwent something of a redemption arc in season 3, delivering a genuine apology to Jack Quaid’s Hughie after killing Robin in season 1 and nearly sacrificing his life to kill the racist supe Blue Hawk in revenge for his brother’s paralyzation. Ironically, A-Train survived to find his and Blue Hawk’s hearts had been swapped, thus giving the speedster a new lease on life.

Given much of the prior seasons saw A-Train seeking Homelander’s approval, it seems unlikely that The Boys season 4 will find Jessie T. Usher’s character completely changing sides to the eponymous vigilante group. Additionally, with Antony Starr’s Seven leader now at his most powerful and helping put together a new team of heroes following Maeve’s apparent demise and Starlight’s banning, A-Train will likely try to step up as Homelander’s right-hand man. With The Deep similarly seeking Homelander’s approval, the next season may even see the two in a rivalry of sorts.

Interestingly, The Boys season 4 won’t be the first place they see Usher’s A-Train back on screen in the near future. Previous trailers for Gen V have confirmed that he will appear in the spin-off in some capacity alongside fellow franchise vets Colby Minifie as Ashley Barrett and P.J. Byrne as Adam Bourke. With no premiere date set for Gen V just yet, audiences can catch up on A-Train’s story thus far with The Boys seasons 1-3 streaming on Prime Video now.
