Another day, another Connections puzzle. The March 3rd word groupings aren’t too difficult to decipher but there are a few words that might mix into other categories and make you waste precious guesses.
The Connections game appeared not too long after The New York Times acquired the incredibly popular Wordle, which sparked a boom in once-a-day games. These short games provided a great start to any morning with their simple gameplay but deep strategy. Once Wordle gained popularity hundreds of copycats followed and many are still around today, ready to be solved by puzzle-hungry players.

The ‘leftovers’ for today weren’t even that hard to sus out as they were very clearly a category. FLOP and BUTTON were the first to be noticed and despite it being the only two words left, we solved the category before it was told to us.
