REPORT: RHOBH Cast Wants Erika Jayne "Gone," Called Her Out for Lacking "Empathy" Amid Season 13 as She Worries About Losing Salary

Could Erika Jayne soon be pushed out of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast?

According to a new report, Erika’s castmates want her off the show.

The reason? They are reportedly not happy with the way she’s handled her ongoing legal drama, particularly the handing over of a pair of earrings believed to have been purchased by estranged husband Thomas Girardi, 83, for $750,000.

“They want her gone — and they’re not hiding it,” a source close to production told Radar Online on March 1.

Although Erika, 51, and her co-stars have filmed a number of group events in recent weeks, including a lunch date hosted by Dorit Kemsley, 46, and a 40th birthday party for Crystal Kung-Minkoff, during which Erika hinted they’ve resolved their feud, the insider said the pics don’t tell the full story.

As RHOBH fans may know, Erika agreed to turn over her diamond earrings last year. However, after doing so, she filed an appeal against the ruling and has been fighting for their return ever since — even though the trustee presiding over Thomas’ bankruptcy case is using the sale of the earrings to repay victims of Thomas’ fraud.

Thomas is accused of embezzling millions in settlement funds from his former clients in an effort to sustain his and Erika’s luxurious lifestyle.

Throughout Erika’s legal battle, Garcelle Beauvais, 56, who once called her out for living “off the backs” of Thomas’ victims, has made it clear that she’s on the victims’ side. And she’s not the only one. In fact, according to the insider, a number of cast members recently spoke out against her.

“They openly called her out for not having empathy,” the source shared.

And adding to Erika’s apparent isolation is the fact that her longtime best friend, Lisa Rinna, 59, departed the series in January.

“Now Erika’s feeling the freeze — and worried how she’s going to survive another season!” the source added.

While Erika has been tied into a number of lawsuits filed against her soon-to-be-ex-spouse, she has maintained her innocence.

“Ms. Girardi at all times was and is an entertainer with a 12th grade education. Ms. Girardi was never and is not an attorney, and she trusted that GK, Mr. Girardi, and the outside accountants, given their superior knowledge and expertise, prepared proper, lawful, and legitimate tax returns,” her attorney said in response to the trustee’s $25 million lawsuit against her.

Following the filing of the lawsuit, which claims she received fraudulent transfers from Thomas’ now-defunct law firm, Girardi Keese, Erika attempted to have the case dismissed, but she was unsuccessful.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 13 is currently in production.
