Supermodel Shanina Shaik Says Her Life Is All About Her Son Now

Shanina Shaik is opening up about becoming a mother for the first time!

The 31-year-old supermodel announced her pregnancy with boyfriend Matthew Adesuyan earlier this year in May and gave birth in September.

Shanina was asked about the most surprising part of motherhood. “Just how easy he’s been,” she told E! “Everyone has been telling me horror stories but I think that when you’re so in love with your baby, and you’re so tired, it doesn’t matter you just enjoy every moment.”

“For me I’m always on the go and I’m always traveling, but now I just want to be home with him really,” Shanina said of how being a mother has reprioritized her life.

“As a mom I’d say you become much more protective and you just think and worry all the time about someone else’s well being so it’s not about me anymore. Everything I do is about him,” she said at Revolve Winterland last week, the holiday-themed pop-up and social hub.
