Woody Harrelson launched his fifth hosting gig on Saturday Night Live with his latest opening monologue.

He also called out his manager Jeremy in the audience by saying that he “muled” his marijuana across state lines.

Joking about the division in the country, Woody referred to himself as “a redneck hippie.”

“The red in me thinks you should be allowed to own guns. The blue in me thinks squirt guns,” he joked.

Woody‘s last hosting gig was in 2019. His other times hosting were in 1989, 1992 and 2014. At several points during the monologue he expressed hopes to receive a jacket for the achievement. So far, it hasn’t materialized.

He’ll be joined by musical guest Jack White tonight. See who will be hosting and performing over the course of the next few episodes.

Keep an eye on this post, and we’ll get it updated once the video appears on YouTube! We’ll also let you know if anything else big happens during the show.

In the meantime, check out pics of Woody on set of a new project with Scarlett Johansson.
