REPORT: Kim Zolciak’s Mansion is Off Auction Block as Man Leaks Alleged Audio on Home Foreclosure

Kim Zolciak’s home will no longer be auctioned on March 7, according to a recent report. The Don’t Be Tardy star’s home purportedly went into foreclosure after the star defaulted on her mansion’s $1.65 million loan.

Earlier this week, Kim’s daughter Ariana Biermann denied the allegations, claiming she had no “knowledge” of the auction.

On February 23, influencer Georgio Says shared his own investigation into Kim’s foreclosure drama, which is shrouded in conflicting reports.

“I looked online. There is a foreclosure notice about Kim’s home, and I wanted to verify if this auction was actually taking place,” said the influencer, in a video he posted on Instagram.

He went on to say, “So I spoke to the law offices that are handling the specific property and I wanted to verify.”

Georgio then released the audio of his alleged phone call with the office.

“I can check sir,” said a woman’s voice on the other end of the line. She eventually stated, “There was a sale dated for March 7 of 2023. That sale is not taking place anymore.”

“It was cancelled,” she added.

“And there is not a sale that is issued for that home at this time,” the woman continued. “But the sale that was issued for March 7th is no longer happening, sir.”

PEOPLE is also confirming the good news as they are reporting that Kim and Kroy were able to work out a deal to keep their home off the auction block

“The couple has taken the action to clear this up,” confirmed a source to the outlet.
